All Clocked Out Supply products are printed on demand and shipped directly from our fulfillment partners. Here's what to expect:

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and sent to production within 2–4 business days after payment is confirmed.

Shipping Times

United States: 6–20 business days depending on product
Canada: 5–36 business days depending on product
International: 13–35 business days depending on destination

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all US orders over $55.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after you receive it.

Returns & Exchanges

Because our products are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or sizing issues. Please review sizing charts carefully before ordering.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll make it right. Email us at support@clockedoutsupply.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement at no charge.
